We care about our clients

• Each customer is treated like they are our ONLY customer. You will always be given a written estimate for diagnosis or repairs when you drop your car off. We explain everything. We answer your questions without being too technical. We want you to understand what we're doing and why. We will explain to you each recommended repair or service and prioritize it in terms of safety, reliability, longevity, and comfort so that you can decide the best use of your repair dollars.
• We offer free rides to work, home, or Light Rail with most services within five miles between 9 am and 4 pm (arrangements must be made in advance for this service). We also offer discount car rental rates with free pick up at the shop (rental cars must be reserved in advance -- just let us know you need a rental car and we'll be happy to make the arrangements for you).
• We also offer after hours drop off. We will call you in the morning to obtain your verbal approval for diagnostic or repair charges. If you would like us to save your old parts, just let us know at the time the original estimate is written.

We care about our environment

All recyclable materials are recycled and all hazardous wastes are either recycled or disposed of properly.

We care about security

Jacoby Auto Electronic & Service is secured with a continuously monitored interior motion detection system. Even though our 2200 square foot facility is small, we have the ability to store up to 10 vehicles inside the shop after hours. We make every effort to keep your vehicle safe and sound while it is in our possession.

In addition, we have recently installed CCTV in our parking lot. Rest assured that when you or your vehicles are in our parking lot after hours, you are being watched. Well, probably not watched, unless I'm really bored, but you are being recorded on high speed low lux cameras recording continuously to a DVR.
